About
Procure Software Development Inc. is the consulting company of Victor Procure, a software developer with more than 20 years of professional experience.
Victor builds and maintains the applications businesses run on. He has delivered for military, government, education, oil and gas, and telecommunications clients, and moves between industries quickly.
He joins a team, learns its domain and methodology, and works directly with the people who use the software. That includes stakeholders and clients, not only other developers.
